The semi-automatic circular cold saw will automatically clamp and cut the material. The machine is activated via the foot pedal. The sequence of the automatic cycle is as follows: the vice clamps the material, the saw motor turns on, the protective guard then opens and the saw head moves downwards to cut the material. After the cut, the saw head returns to its starting position, the safety guard then closes, the motor switches off and the material vice re-opens.

The saw feed rate and saw stroke can easily be adjusted. This machine is ideal for batch cutting, it provides constant cut quality, increases blade life before re-sharpening is necessary and it considerably reduces operator fatique.
